Millefiori honey, raw organic unpasteurized made from the Sicilian black bee. It has a woody color, a delicate aroma that can vary depending on the blooms collected. It is produced by Rosario in Furci Siculo (Me), in Sicily.

Being raw, after the honey extraction it is not treated in any way, maintaining all its organoleptic properties and nutritional. This can lead to crystallization over time, depending on the temperature at which it is stored, a symptom of its genuineness.

Also ideal to accompany tea and cheeses, it is an excellent natural sweetener. To be added to Greek yogurt with a mix of dried and seasonal fruit. Ideal for making nougat with almonds or hazelnuts.
