The 500 ml I ColtivEroi di Boniviri line is dedicated to the fruit of the work of Boniviri's partner growers. You will find the selection of their most representative extra virgin olive oils, with the typical cultivars of the Sicilian territory. L'Audace di Francesco is a blend of Nocellara dell'Etna and Tonda Iblea. It has an intense fruit aroma with a marked smell of green tomato, oregano and artichoke. Il Garbato di Davide is a blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Ogliarola Messinese and Biancolilla. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced, in its hints of grass, sweet almond and artichoke. At the aftertaste, marjoram notes complete the flavor. The bitterness is very delicate and is followed by a very elegant spicy. Highest quality, sustainability and health: these are the values of Boniviri and its partner growers. Boniviri is the first Italian carbon neutral EVO oil, but not only ... it is very good! Boniviri's organic extra virgin olive oil is the winner of the Special Green Award and the Bronze Oli Gourmet Award of the 2021 Oil Shapes competition. The olive harvest year is 2022/2023.
