MEET THE PRODUCERS

Boniviri spices are produced by the Sari farm in contrada Grotta Comune in Trecastagni, inside the Etna Park. Here Roberto, the guardian of this excellent Sicilian reality, dedicates study, research, commitment and passion to the products of his farm.

THE FIOR DI SALE

To make this product, the salt is extracted following the slow evaporation of the sea water of Marsala, then it is enriched by the heady and effervescent scents of the mix of aromatic herbs of Sicily. Enhance the flavours of your dishes with our fior di sale di Marsala enriched with an aromatic blend of bay leaf, lemon grain, mint, chilli, sage and thyme. This unique seasoning adds a Mediterranean touch to every dish. Try using it to add flavour to grilled vegetables, flatbreads or delicious mixed vegetable salads (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, red onions, olives).

Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
How to use: Store away from humidity and heat. To better preserve the aroma, always close the jar after opening.
