The Monocultivar di Boniviri line is a selection of excellences: the most characteristic cultivars of the Sicilian territory and of the Boniviri network of producers. Try them and become a keeper of excellence and biodiversity too! You can choose between three different cultivars typical of the area such as Tonda Iblea, Ogliarola Messinese and Nocellara dell'Etna. La Tonda Iblea (Chiaramonte Gulfi): a Sicilian excellence with a medium intense fruitiness, which usually offers scents such as green tomato, artichoke, almond and cut grass. Incredible on soups, vegetables and dishes from the garden. Ogliarola Messinese (Cesarò): has a good balance between spicy, sweet and bitter, it is not very intense fruity with hints of freshly cut grass, almond, tomato and artichoke. Try it on pasta, bruschetta and traditional Sicilian dishes. Nocellara dell'Etna (Cesarò): it is one of the most renowned cultivars in Sicily, balanced and perfect for Mediterranean diet dishes, it has a medium fruitiness with hints of green tomato, grass, almond and sometimes thistle and artichoke.
