Stories, workshops, visits, products. It is Herbarium, the event dedicated to herbs and medicinal plants, organized by the FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano at the Monastery of Torba, in the province of Varese.
We Boniviri are also present with products made by one of the 11 valuable farms participating in our sustainable agriculture project, Roberto Carbone's Sari company.
We are thrilled to bring Sicilian excellences to this showcase, such as the spices of Etna, including the precious saffron and helichrysum. But also herbal teas, different combinations of spices and citrus fruits, spirulina algae and much more.
