Azienda Agricola Sallicano
Not far from the Vendicari nature reserve, in the Bimmisca district, ancient rows of olive trees flank the slope of a hill. They are the properties of the Sallicano family, today cared for by the siblings Sergio and Marianna. Roberto is the young custodian of Azienda Agricola Sari, an excellent Sicilian company that dedicates research, commitment and passion to the production of spices and the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants. The land is located in the Grotta Comune district in Trecastagni, in the province of Catania, inside the Etna Park.

The Rosaria Miceli Organic Farm was established in Sicily in 1990 in Buseto Palizzolo, a small town in the hills east of Trapani, 250 m above sea level. It is a small farm covering around 20 hectares, where Rosaria grows ancient Sicilian grains, chickpeas and legumes, plus an olive grove producing cerasuola, nocellara and biancolilla olives for oil, all strictly organic.
